What would your life look like if you had everything you wanted?

You might not even have answers for those questions.  I think it’s sad that many of us have stopped dreaming.  As kids, we all had dreams.  Some of us dreamt of becoming a doctor, maybe another a firemen, another a rock star having fun on the stages of the world.  We all had dreams.  Somewhere along the line, many of us gave up on those dreams and just settled for “life as usual”.  Do you think we were put on this earth for “life as usual”?  Just slugging away day after day…surviving?  I don’t.  I think we were put here to do and achieve much more.  What is your purpose?  What is your dream?

If you haven’t thought about that in a long time, I’d like to invite you to go to a quiet room in your house, dim the lights, sit down on a comfortable chair and just think.  Think about what your perfect life would look like.  Maybe you still don’t dream to be a doctor or a dancer, but I bet there’s still something you’d like to do…something you’d like to achieve…something about your life you’d like to change.

It’s not too late.  Don’t give up on your dreams.  You are too important.

Update November 10, 2008: What a fantastic event this was!  All I can say is that if you missed it, do everything possible to get to the next one.  I would honestly say anyone within a 6 hour drive should be there without question.  If you don’t go, you should really ask yourself how committed to your business are you?

Why is this blog called “Abundant Freedom”?  Because when you get right down to it, I think that’s what most of us are looking for.  The ability to be free.  Free to choose where and how we spend our time.  Free to do whatever it is we want to do whenever it is that we want to do it.  Freedom from sickness and disease.  Freedom from ever being concerned about finances, etc.  We live in the greatest country on the face of this earth and we all enjoy the freedoms that come with that, but I think we should take it a step further and really be free to live life on our terms.

Through our business, we have the ability to create freedom for ourselves as well as help others attain the freedom that they may be seeking.
